This data is processed solely to execute running simulation models and provide training recommendations. • Technical Identifiers: Device ID, IP address, operating system, and browser type.
• Location Data: Precise location coordinates collected during workouts to track routes, calculate distance, and compute pace analytics.DATA SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORSPersonal data is disclosed to third parties only as required by law, or to the following service providers acting as data processors:• Amazon Web Services (AWS): For cloud data storage (S3) and database management (DynamoDB) on servers located within the European Union.
• RevenueCat: For in-app purchase and subscription processing. The Application collects the user's birthdate during onboarding to enforce this restriction. TERMS AND CONDITIONSThese terms and conditions apply to the Allvallee mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Application") operated by Antti Uusitalo (the "Service Provider").By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Application.REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY• Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Application. The Application utilizes an age-verification gate during onboarding. If you are under 16, you are strictly prohibited from registering an account or transmitting data to our infrastructure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device and your account credentials.MEDICAL AND FITNESS DISCLAIMER (ASSUMPTION OF RISK)• Not Medical Advice: The running plans, pace calculations, simulation models, and fitness recommendations provided by the Application are for informational and educational purposes only. The Application does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Assumption of Risk: Running and athletic conditioning are strenuous physical activities involving inherent risks of physical injury, cardiovascular stress, or illness. By using this Application, you explicitly acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in these activities, that you have consulted a physician before beginning, and that you assume all risks associated with such training.
• Injury Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be held liable for any injuries, medical conditions, health complications, or damages resulting directly or indirectly from your implementation of, or reliance on, the training metrics provided by the Application.LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY• Grant of License: The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on a supported mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application or its underlying simulation algorithms.
• Ownership: The Service Provider retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all code, designs, algorithms, trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property.ACCEPTABLE USE AND DEVICE SECURITY• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purpose, or to disrupt the cloud infrastructure, database integrity, or services connected to the Application.
• Device Integrity: The Service Provider strongly advises against using the Application on jailbroken or rooted devices. Removing factory software restrictions compromises device security, exposes your data to malware, and may cause the Application to malfunction or fail completely.THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND NETWORK FEES• Infrastructure & Processing: The Application utilizes third-party services to manage critical operations, infrastructure, and financial transactions:

• Connectivity Requirements: The Application requires an active internet connection to process running simulations on cloud servers. The Service Provider is not responsible for data overage charges, roaming fees, or application failure resulting from network provider restrictions or device battery depletion.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or physical injuries arising out of or related to your use of the Application.
• The total aggregate liability of the Service Provider for any legal claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Service Provider for the Application during the 12 months preceding the claim.TERMINATION• The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in activity that threatens the security of the Application's cloud infrastructure.
• Upon termination, all licenses granted to you end, and you must cease using the Application and delete it from your device.GOVERNING LAW• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws in your home jurisdiction (such as the United States) dictate otherwise.CHANGES TO THESE TERMS• The Service Provider reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
